
Josh Saper was born in Philadelphia, PA and raised in Marlton, NJ before relocating to Charlton, MA eight years ago.
Mr. Saper spent most of his career as an entrepreneur. While attending Rutgers University, he opened his first business with his family, a gift shop and contract postal unit that expanded service in an underserved area of connecting towns. Planning to attend law school after graduation, he was presented with an opportunity to acquire an underperforming business, and seized the opportunity to positively impact hundreds of people and families in the community instead.
Mr. Saper grew the business into one of the most successful martial arts academies in the South Jersey region for 15 years, creating additional opportunities along the way. Over the years, in addition to empowering children and adults of all ages, Josh was able to provide consulting for families with special needs children, instruct and lecture at local and regional school districts and colleges, provide continuing education for teachers, train both amateur and pro fighters in multiple disciplines, become a promoter of Professional Grappling and USA Boxing events, provide cross-training for professional athletes, train local, state and regional law enforcement, provide security services privately and for local businesses, serve as treasurer for Big Brother Big Sisters of Burlington Co., become a certified Easter Seals provider, host multiple fundraisers for local and national charities and nonprofits, host town recreation programs, and be a leader in the community in the any way possible.
Upon relocating to Charlton, MA, Josh had achieved success in sales and relationship management roles in the corporate sector, specializing in turnaround strategies for underperforming roles. He has also become a mentor and consultant to aspiring entrepreneurs looking to start their own businesses.
Josh, has lived with his wife and 3 children on Blood Rd for the past 8 yrs, and was quickly and warmly welcomed by all of the surrounding neighbors upon arrival. All three of his children have attended Charlton public schools. Mr. Saper has volunteered as a manager, coach, and umpire at Charlton Little League, has helped multiple nonprofits and schools with fundraising activities, has served on the board of corporators for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass/Metro West, and is currently the Director of Business Development for the Worcester Youth Orchestras.
Josh is looking forward to the opportunity to further give back to the community which he now calls home.
